Follow our weekly Employee of the Week update as all the team members honour an individual team member for their passionate and hard work during the week, through our patented democratic peer voting system (it's not really patented). This happens every Friday and sometimes on the following Monday if a deadline looms.

Drill Sergeant

“Johann has many roles within the Shapeshift ideal. One of them being the resident quality assurance guy. Another being a networker of sorts. His main identity of course is his dashing and mild mannered alterego known as the Drill Sergeant. As the Drill Sergeant he ensures that production runs smoothly and that no hour goes unnoticed.
