Follow our weekly Employee of the Week update as all the team members honour an individual team member for their passionate and hard work during the week, through our patented democratic peer voting system (it's not really patented). This happens every Friday and sometimes on the following Monday if a deadline looms.

Well done to Bianca for winning this weeks employee of the week award. That's impressive and I think it might be a first in Shapeshift's history for an employee to win this coveted award after only one week in the Shapeshift sweatshop, ah I mean workshop.
We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome the new Brandshift squad into the Shapeshift family. This team of guys and gals are "aanie brand" and you will definitely be seeing alot of their creations in the near future.
So all that's left to say is, take your shoes off, get comfortable and dream with us.

Carel received an astonishing 71.42857% of the votes this week, making him the winner of the EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK award. That's just great, don't you think? Well done Carel!
In his short time here at Shapeshift, Carel has shown awesome enthusiasm and potential in both design and photography and we look forward to seeing his future creations.
When not at Shapeshift, Carel enjoys taking long walks on the beach with his two favourite pug dogs, Lulu and Peanut, and also attending his college where he is currently studying website design and development.
