Follow our weekly Employee of the Week update as all the team members honour an individual team member for their passionate and hard work during the week, through our patented democratic peer voting system (it's not really patented). This happens every Friday and sometimes on the following Monday if a deadline looms.

“It seems that Jean's striking good looks and keen dress sense have won him this weeks EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK award. This might all be an elaborate plot to overthrow The Council and thus causing a major stock market crash and inevitably put the world as we know it in a state that is far worse than anyone could ever imagine, but that might just be me being a little bit paranoid.
So, back to the employee of the week then...
Some of you older web surfers might remember Jean as being the first employee at Shapeshift to ever win this prestigious award. He looks much healthier now and we are glad to see that he is still in a semi-sane state, even after a recent influx of work. We of the council, being quite a generous bunch, have decided that the design department is in need of expanding its influence and thus we pose this offer: If you are an aspiring designer and you think you have the creative prowess to add something special to Shapeshift, then send your cv and portfolio to .”
