Follow our weekly Employee of the Week update as all the team members honour an individual team member for their passionate and hard work during the week, through our patented democratic peer voting system (it's not really patented). This happens every Friday and sometimes on the following Monday if a deadline looms.

“Johann has really outdone himself this week. Believe me he told us.

He implemented an ingenious method of gathering client information whereby the client completes a short questionnaire and then returns it to the Shapeshift Strategic Office, SSO. The document is then analysed by a team of highly skilled smart people and something which is known as a "Advanced Work Ticket" is drafted. This "Advanced Work Ticket", which is top secret by the way, contains specfic and concise details regarding the project. The result is a squeaky clean production line where the margin for error is pretty much zero. Pretty much.

Through these valiant efforts Johann has been dubbed, Johann Schwella - Project Engineer!”
